Did You Know?
The Sinu Conure has historically been listed as a subspecies of the Painted Conure. Forshaw (2006) has recently listed it as a separate species, along with a number of others of the Painted Conure.

Colourization Adult: Both adults frontal band dull red and blue; red/brown ear coverts; dusky brown breast, more green on lower breast with grey/off-white scalloping; green bend of wing. Bill grey/black. Eye yellow/orange.

Colourization Juvenile: Undescribed

Call: Not recorded, but possibly similar to that of Painted Conure (Pyrrhura pica).
