I really wouldn’t recommend his methods as they don’t seem to be based on positive reinforcement. With parrots, we can obtain results in a number of ways, and even impose ourselves rather successfully. But we will not have happy and well adjusted birds.

Your posts have been edited as they only appear to be a spam attempt.
Furthemore, the only behavioral and training methods supported by the WPT are those based on creating a relationship based on trust and respect for the psychological needs of parrots, and not the ‘quick fix’ strategies which are not beneficial for parrots and do not achieve the same goals.

Thanks so much for the reply!  I will definitely check those videos out.

The link had been edited out by the time I read this, but I’m aware of some of these “trainers” with dubious credentials engaging in very aggressive internet marketing practices.  One of these is the use of fake identities to post “innocent questions” on parrot forums asking for opinions about training videos or saying that they just found some cool new product.  Sometimes they go so far as to have a second fake identity to answer back favorably.  I have seen this identity “lutino” elsewhere.  One “trainer”/marketer actually has people on staff to do this as a way of advertising.  I’m really glad to see that WPT is on top of this.
